The purpose of the Community Networking Trust is to develop a healthy, resilient and connected community, so it established the Community Connections Centre, now known as Connected Eastern Southland.

Heartland Services provide a convenient meeting place for local people to discuss their needs directly with government agencies and community organisations.

Strengthening Families

Strengthening Families pulls together support for families/whanau in New Zealand. The people helping your family may be a budget advisor, attendance officer, social worker, medical specialist, counsellor, teacher or other support worker.

Youth Workers

Youth Worker service offers a strengths-based, client focused approach to empowering young people, removing barriers and advocacy.

ELEVATE – Guiding rangitahi towards a successful future

Guiding rangatahi towards a successful future. The Elevate programme aims to support and empower 15-24 year olds who are currently not engaged in education, training or employment.
